LiveDocs is surprisingly the easiest way to collect social data. If you're working on your personal brand or in a growth role at a company it's an essential tool. I use it constantly and I know it has tons of other use cases as well.
Used LiveDocs Segment integration from the day it got launched. Easily combining the live data capabilities with the document and collaborative aspect eliminated the need to emailing reports, setting up dashboards and just accelerated us as a team. Also the ability to bring social, marketing and behavioral data in the same docs, without the need to update it or to hire an analist is very powerful.
