Lean Canvas alternatives

Slow customer support. False Feature promises. There are several positives. Great A.I. features. Clean layout. Easy to use UI. But the lack of support makes this not worth the time when issues arise. I have been trying to get help with an account issue for over a week from the time of this post.

I use it all the time cause it's making my Canva experience even better, enhancing my speed at designing, therefore in productivity. Would have hardly got used to working without it again.
