Have been using Zipy for a few months now. Never in my decade long career of software development, have I felt so confident in tracking and fixing the bug, as I am feeling now! I remember spending days and nights reproducing bugs. I remember setting up war rooms to reproduce and debug issues. Zipy has saved our devs from burning midnight oil. Now we can easily reproduce and fix our bugs. It is one of the most important dev tools I have ever come across! And when you add the amazing support team to it! Wow! It creates a recipe for becoming one of the best dev tool companies in the world! Thanks a lot, team Zipy for being our saviour :) Kudos to the entire team and wishing you all the best!

Threado has been a game changer in supporting our Notion community around the world. Truly one of my favorite teams in tech today and I often think about ho much time I save because of all of their innovative features. As always excited to see the next step in the product with AI and so happy for the team 🙌

I got to use a free trial of their paid plan as part of the github student developer pack (which ended just recently). I don't think I was savvy enough at the time to use all of their cool features unfortunately (e.g. checking accessibility, social media thumbnail previews, etc). Reading their newsletter updates (which I think are some of the best email content out there), they have so many features I wish I did try them out! At the time I just used Polypane primarily to check how my websites handled different viewport sizes. But then I had wanted to do responsive sizing, so to check there wasn't a weird edge case at an odd viewport size I ended up reverting to just the regular resizing of my browser window ahahaha. Also polypane couldn't handle my framer animations that would appear on entering the viewport that well (some intense flicker that I had to turn on prefersReducedMotion in order to dev the rest of my stuff in polypane). But all-in-all this was an impressive app and I really appreciate the student discount following the year-long free trial.

On Rainforest for the trial; the support has been pretty helpful but today it timed out and cant find anyone now but they were helpful off and on for an hour. I've done many test setups correctly on it, and some snippets, and often the preview runs through, but often, any step I've setup accurately, for some reason, does not now work at all and stops/times out the test, because the region i scanned for the next step, is no longer accurate. Also, they don't have an exact compatibility for Mac users on Chrome, which is bizarre but may be the accuracy issue? Dont know; their Intercom support widget is crashing.
