Laconic Hover for Tvtropes

Laconic Hover is an extension I can't imagine any tvtropes user not loving. It makes it super easy to find information on links in any page that would normally take you dozens of page clicks. Its also just been updated to support the new tvtropes website. And a brand new, good looking tooltip!
