I have been trying for over 6 months to get 2 listings published. They still say pending and I have sent 6 messages to Kopa with no response at all, not even a "standard" instant email back saying they got my message.
We had a flat tire in the parking lot of Kopa mall . Aniket from the Parking Supervisor Department was prompt and helpful to help us change the flat tire . His readiness to help was commendable!
Worst decision ever made in terms of lodging college students. My tenant sent their March monthly payment on February 20, 2022 and til this day I have yet to receive the deposit. They have no phone number for their customer service department, everything is through their message system and emails. As it stands they only have 1 person addressing any concerns and issues, which quite frankly isn't enough. I was told several times that I would get a response to my concern in 48hrs, and its been almost a month. I've tried to connect with the CEO and several other KOPA workers on LinkedIN and NO ONE responds. I went on Facebook to check their reviews and 2 other patrons have experienced the same thing.. RUN!!! I would give zero stars if I could. This is beyond frustrating and their lack of support and empathy is none!
As a landlord using Kopa I HATED IT!!! They are quick to take funds out of your bank account but do not respond AT ALL when you need a refund from them. They are quite skilled at Ghosting their Landlords. Furnished Finders is a million times better.
Used PadPiper to find our accommodation in December, when first moving to the Bay Area for Y Combinator. The experience was extremely simple and our interaction with Jack have been great. He's incredibly helpful - especially when getting set up.
I didn't check recently but if you want to see house's monthly price you have to see the listing. But we're a happy customer ! :)
I like that padpiper is designed specifically for me to find housing on my internship and not a site like airbnb or craigslist that doesn’t really suit my search
