I absolutely LOVE the app -- when I use it. I'm still learning and don't use all the functions. With a little more time, I'm sure I'd give it a 5-star rating. My review for today, though, is about customer service. The folks are great! I signed in a couple of weeks ago to find my kitchen empty. Maybe I hit the wrong button instead of an app bug, but it didn't matter. The customer service found and restored all my info in a short time. All the communication was through e-mail, but I liked that. I can't say enough good things about their customer service. Now, to scan some more items!!! Thank you, KitchenPal.
