So far I am not able to leave a product review since my order placed (and paid for) in June 2024 has not yet shipped. The latest estimated shipping is December 2025! - and I only know this because I keep asking for information rather than updates being sent to me proactively by the Vendor to a Customer (maybe I expect too much?). My communications with Jerome (the owner(?)) have offered alternative products (if i wanted an alternative I would've ordered it) but never entertain any conversation related to cancellation and refund.
