Juphy is a real time saver for marketers like me who have to deal with facebook comments and messages on multiple facebook pages. I can reply really fast and keep customers happy. There are a few missing features for me which I have asked to put in their roadmap and they are currently working on. However, it's already a great product, it's better than competitors and I can highly recommend it.
Great Product!!! I love the way Juphy makes it possible for me to handle my social media's interactions & communication in 1 place. It's a must have in the golden era of social medias (which is right now!). I can reply comments without actually having to open the corresponding social media accounts with all it's distractions. This definitely helped improved my team's productivity, while actually being able to interact with our audience as fast as possible!

The Easiest Way to Manage Social Media for Your Business!!! I got frustrated with the current tools available on the market. As a small business owner, I don't have time to deal with the inefficiencies of running multiple social media accounts and emails... and I met Juphy! It integrates all of your customer support tools in one spot, allowing you to share, organize, track, and receive customer feedback in an organized manner. A MUST HAVE
Update: My previous review glorified the email integration and the ability to create subaccounts for clients to reply to their own messages. However, shortly after releasing their highly-awaited beta email integration (so you could respond to customer inquiries with Gmail and SMTP/POP), it was suddenly removed as result of an internal "business decision". I also was experiencing tons of difficulties on 1 client's Facebook account and their support was sending me in circles, and with no response for weeks or several days. Maybe leadership was going through a tough spot. It felt as if they didnt value the satisfaction of an early investor like me and other LTD buyers. It's thanks to all of our reviews and comments that they made Product of the Day. As of now, Juphy still is able to reply to social media messages, so I continue to use it :) Hope this honest review of what I like and don't like will help.
Juphy makes it easy to access multiple accounts under one roof therefore saving me time, allowing me to be efficient with replies, and eliminating the need to create/share multiple passwords amongst the team. Customer support is always top notch.
Juphy 2.0 was already a game changer for our agency. We can now catch every comment and message on every profile and quickly react and respond like we are a team of 100 customer support agents. Juphy 3.0 will become an industry standard - NO DOUBT. Currently, we are using Juphy to manage FB, IG, Twitter, LinkedIn, GMB, and YouTube.
Excellent for teams to collaborate on socials. More stable than other products out there in the market! ❤️ As more SaaS now adopts the unified inbox concept, Would be great if Juphy is able to add more feature options like support ticketing or live chat widget for a more holistic approach to become more than just unified inbox. But overall gets the job done very well for that purpose. EXCELLENT
