I have been looking for an EU based alternativ to Google Photo. I really like Google Photos but I'm not so happy with Google analyzing all my photos.
So my father (yes!) introduced me for Jottacloud located in Norway and I think they are doing a great job especially with their photos app. It doesn't have all the AI eyes on your photos but you can easily navigate your photos and create album both on app and on web.
I haven't use the files storage much yet but my father have been very happy with it😎
And they have a great Family plan - 5tb for 5 family members where every family member gets their own separate user account to manage their files individually.
