Great task-tracker and its ecosystem, especially integrated with Bitbucket and Confluence. I used to use them, and now I'm missing them a lot. Everything was so convenient, tickets, branches, pull requests, and pages semi-automatically and very easily are inter-linked, and that made everything very easy to find and difficult to lost
I appreciate Jira and enjoy using it overall.
However, there are a few elements that can be confusing, such as the title and summary of an epic which can be easily mixed up. The versioning of user stories is another aspect that can be quite complicated. It's challenging to revert to a previous version.
It remains an indispensable tool for the organization of our tech team.
