
I’m very disappointed with the support experience from Jenni.ai. I was charged an unexpected auto-renewal fee in January, despite not receiving any prior notification or alert before payment date or in the first time when I inserted my payment data. I immediately reached out to their support team via email twice, kindly requesting a refund. Unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional for a company to ignore customer support emails, especially when it concerns billing issues.
It's simple but powerful, saving time from constructing sentences and inserting citations.
