Deceptive business practices. Be extremely cautious if considering a purchase from InVideo. When I bought my lifetime plan from them, I was explicitly told it included lifetime access to their new product, InVideo AI. This turned out to be misleading. InVideo AI is, in fact, a separate product requiring its own subscription and the purchase of additional credits. This deceptive practice by InVideo, promoting one product but requiring separate purchases for another, is a serious concern. It shows a lack of transparency and integrity, leading to a complete loss of trust in their business practices. Potential customers should be aware of this tactic and approach any offerings from InVideo with skepticism.

This is basically a huge waste of time. the prices are too high and there it's not a product that deserves such prices. the free trial is a scam since, well its very useless. your options are limited and there's a watermark. just a waste of time.

I REALLLLLY don't like when companies waste my time. Red flag of unethical behavior higher up. I wanted to test a workflow but realized they misrepresent their free plan on the landing page and there's a watermark on the video. Time wasted, going back to Davinci Resolve.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with InVideo AI, which I feel compelled to share. Despite the platform's potential, the customer service experience was shockingly inadequate. I encountered a technical issue that rendered the software unusable for my needs. When I reached out to customer support, they repeatedly insisted that the problem was due to user error rather than considering any possible fault on their end. This response was not only dismissive but also wasted a significant amount of my time, as they continued to offer the same unhelpful advice over and over. After spending more than four hours trying to resolve the issue through their support team, a ticket was finally created. However, instead of providing a solution, the ticket was closed shortly after, without any resolution or further communication. They left me with a poorly written set of instructions and a link to a video that, to my frustration, did not work. This lack of effective support and accountability is unacceptable for any service, especially one that positions itself as a professional tool. Furthermore, I found the overall user interface confusing and difficult to navigate. The instructions provided were not clear, and the support team did not seem knowledgeable or willing to escalate the issue to their engineering team for a proper investigation. It felt as though they were more interested in closing the ticket quickly than actually helping me resolve the problem. In summary, my experience with InVideo AI was a waste of time and incredibly frustrating. The poor customer service, combined with the unaddressed technical issues, has left me with no choice but to seek alternative video editing solutions. I strongly advise others to consider different platforms, as InVideo AI failed to meet even the most basic expectations for customer support and usability. It’s disheartening when a company does not stand by its product or provide adequate support to its users. I cannot recommend InVideo AI to anyone looking for reliable and effective video editing software. Save your time and money by choosing a more reputable service that values its customers and stands behind its product.

The Monkey and the Elephant" Once upon a time, in a deep green jungle, there lived a playful little monkey named Milo. Milo loved to swing from tree to tree, eat juicy fruits, and play tricks on other animals. But sometimes, he felt lonely. None of the animals could keep up with his energy—or his mischief. One sunny morning, while playing near a river, Milo heard a loud thump... thump... thump. Curious, he climbed to the top of a tall tree and peeked out. To his surprise, he saw a giant elephant walking slowly toward the water. His name was Elmo. He looked calm, gentle, and wise. Milo called out, “Hey there! You’re huge!” Elmo looked up, smiled, and said, “And you’re tiny! But friendly, I hope?” That made Milo laugh. “Wanna be friends?” he asked. Elmo nodded. “I’d like that.” From that day on, they became best friends. Milo would ride on Elmo’s back while they explored the jungle together. Elmo helped Milo reach the tallest fruits, and Milo made Elmo laugh with his silly jokes. One day, dark clouds gathered and a heavy storm hit the jungle. The river began to flood, and Milo got stuck on a branch, scared and cold. He called out for help. Without a second thought, Elmo rushed through the rain, used his strong trunk to lift Milo off the branch, and carried him to safety. After that, everyone in the jungle knew about the brave elephant and his little monkey friend. They were different in every way, but their friendship was strong, kind, and full of adventures. And from that day on, neither Milo nor Elmo ever felt lonely again.
