Disastrously bad. I got a 1-year, 200 GB plan at a discount (13,80€). The Linux desktop app often doesn't work at all, freezes the file browser, and loses (!) files. My request for refund (as offered on their website) was first deflected into a request for tech support and then ignored. Pretty close to being a scam.
I have purchased product as 2tb lifetime. But it doesn’t work. At the beginning everything was fine and product was promising with a lovely interface. But now it is not working. Customer support: none. There is no response to emails. It is a scam, don’t buy it.
