Just "tried" to have a demo with them. We don't have a standard use case, something that I mentioned at the beginning. We need to run unmoderated interviews with our panel of testers (big numbers) to test their communication skills, IQ, and so on. They didn't even give me the possibility to evaluate if this tool was a good fit or not, even though I mentioned that I wasn't looking to find "the perfect fit" since I know these tools are tailored for conversions (hiring). The person from that team kept saying that: - this is a recruitment tool mainly to hire developers (something that is not clearly stated anywhere on their platform) - The AI Interview software is for enterprise only ( I gave big numbers, such as 5k+, so maybe this is not big enough?) I wasn't given a demo of the product at the end because the sale person kept saying that this tool wasn't for us.
Incruiter is a great platform for conducting virtual interviews though can improve on certain areas such as Interview can be automatically assigned from the portal as well as payment section should be updated in portal itself
I really wonder about the break through technology "Incruiter" has brought through.They have intelligently used the technology in this space and has made a mark in the recruiting industry.They have help starting from small scale to large scale client to handle the recruitment in the most dignified way.All the very best for their journey. Pros - Veru helpful attitude from Incruiter staff and for any issues they are always ready to help. Cons - havent found anything.

It is good platform for interviewers and to meet candidates. it can generate a good side income for interviewer also, but need some improvements. Security, scheduler, payments cycle, candidate certainty for joining, feedback system are few area, where improvement can happen.
