iMyFone LockWiper alternatives

SCAM software, it does NOTHING other than what iTunes does and they charge you for it while you can use iTunes for free. They offer a "FAKE" 30 days money back guarantee, when I purchased the product which didn't work at all, I contacted them and their reply was "try another USB cable and other USB ports" which I did and still nothing has happened then they claimed that this is a hardware issue and they won't issue a refund. I know my problem isn't a hardware one because the phone was inspected by repair shops before, they still didn't respect their money back guarantee and I had to dispute the payment with the credit card provider.
