Despite previously canceling my subscription on Humva (humwa.com), a new charge has been deducted from my account. After the cancellation, I was informed that I could use any remaining credits and that no further payments would be made. However, a new charge occurred.
I attempted to report this issue and request a resolution by sending emails to hello@humva.ai, hello@humva.com,but my messages are being returned, preventing me from reaching the company directly. I have not used the service, and I wanted to file a complaint immediately after the charge, but I have been unable to establish contact.
Therefore, I request a refund of the charge and the complete closure of my account. I expect the company representatives to contact me at yunushatunoglu@gmail.com.
I hope this issue will be resolved promptly.
