It's a great tool because it highlights everything you might overlook due to busyness. Keeps me aligned with the projects and saves a lot of time. It creates another level of comfort knowing that I can reach meeting notes, highlights if I want to review.

It's the most comprehensive note-taking app I've used so far. It truly emphasizes "meeting democracy," a feature I have not seen in other apps. The newest AI features are going to help me a lot to stay organized and ahead of meetings.

Meetingbird looks like a great tool for streamlining the scheduling process. The ability to integrate with my calendar and easily set up availability for different meeting types is incredibly useful, and I appreciate the option to add custom questions to meeting requests to get all the information I need upfront.

I tried literally 8 different AI transcription services, and was subscribed to a few (Otter, tl;dv), but found this one to be soooo far ahead of the rest. It's more expensive, but worth it IMO with the time it saves you and the amazing recordkeeping and collaboration features it provides.

Hai Ta has made the best video ever for his product launch, just based on that he has my upvote and respect. I think this type of apps that will allow for automatic note-taking and transcription are going to remove a lot of anxiety from meetings. Especially if there's a way to ensure that the data is secure!! You wouldn't want 3rd party people accessing your internal notes
