Reasonably seamless task capture from meetings is a great backstop. It's hard to fully trust AI yet, so I of course write down anything important as it happens. But I love that it catches stuff I might have missed and it provides conversational context. When I use it, I find I can be more present in meetings and have better recall afterward.
Hoop is the companion app that helps me create order out of chaos in managing my weekly schedule. The most difficult part of my role (as I'm sure many others) is juggling my top personal priorities with all of the incoming via slacks, emails, and all manner of requests, questions, or issues that may arise while on a call from internal stakeholders, users, customers, etc. Having all of these incoming channels funneled into hoop and having tasks and requests auto created is truly a game-changer. This app has radically improved my ability to focus on the work that matters and I view it as an indispensable part of my workflow going forward. Highly recommend!
I've tried a number of tools for transcribing and summarising meetings but was frustrated that they mostly just create data and records I'm unlikely to ever need to access. Hoop actually makes me more productive though. By surfacing and creating tasks out of, not just online meetings but Slack too, I'm ticking or delegating the little things that would otherwise take up headspace or get lost in my scribbled notebook.
If you are in leadership, manage a large team, or attend a lot of meetings, get Hoop. It helps keep you super organized and on top of all the tasks you need to complete.

There are other AI assistant apps out there, but NONE quite like this one. Hoop saves me hours a week and saves my brainpower for solving tasks as opposed to recording them. With the introduction of the Zapier integration it took things to the next level for me. I can now triage which tasks I want to be working on that were automatically recorded by simply dragging those tasks into a new column and they are then automatically added to my ClickUp for more granular tracking. I really enjoy the product and if you want to optimize your time like I am always looking to do Hoop is definitely worth a try! Thank you Hoop team!!
