I was contacted as an Employer to sign up for the program. I was concerned about signing up as I had to use my personal cell phone, it is the only way to verify your login. I was assured that I could use a browser to interact with candidates and I wouldn't have to use my phone for anything other than sign in auth.
The app was not great. I was pushed candidates that weren't qualified for the position I posted and people that were clearly outside of the pay range for the role.
I received multiple calls and texts to my personal line outside of business hours. I requested both to the callers and texts to be removed from the contact list. Nothing worked. I was interrupted at my child's school events, during dinner, etc.
I received an email asking to set up a conversation about my experience with the product. I responded that I would be happy to do so if it meant they would leave me alone going forward. I scheduled and was promptly rescheduled. When it came time for the meeting I was hung up on within two minutes of airing my complaints with the company. It is my hope that their hanging up on me means I will no longer be contacted but I am not holding my breath.
