
This is one of the worst consumer experiences I had. I never got the product and can not get anyone to return an email... DO NOT RECOMMEND
Hims products are a gimic and do not work. I've tried their products for over a year with no noticeable results. Their products only makes your hair grow faster but no new growth. Just longer hair. It's a waste of money. Falls ads and no returns. Once you subscribe, its almost a fight to cancel. They don't make it easy. Awful customer service. I will never use them again or recommend them to any one.
Hims meal replacement bars are absolutely delicious, especially the cinnamon ones. They are super cost efficient too. I have lost 97 pounds so far on compounded semaglutude and these meal replacement bars make for an easy breakfast with my busy schedule. Delivery came earlier than expected too. 10/10 recommend.
Avoid HIM's anti-aging cream at all costs! I was lured in by the promises, but this nightmare in a jar left me with red, peeling skin. The product smells like chemicals and feels like acid. Customer service? Forget about it – they don't care once they have your money. Save your face and your wallet, and steer clear of this disaster. This isn't skincare; it's skin destruction.

Total scam they suggested I do not use the product I purchased. However, the doctor's advice not to use the product came "AFTER" I had already placed the order. No refund offer and no alternatives; essentially a scam. They're filth...
Customer "support" is absolute trash. They pushed back my current order without my knowledge and now I'm going to have to go an extra week without the product that they would gladly charge me for. Scam company, scam customer service. Use happy head or keeps instead. Cheaper and their customer service is actually worth a damn.
Was curious. Tried and then cancelled or tried too. Customer support complete trash. Will lock you in, make it hard to cancel, limit your controls and generally be obtuse. Billed me a month late after I thought sub was cancelled. No email. Couldn't cancel order. Pinged support. Quoted T&C at me about cancelling early. Ive sold SaaS and I would never treat my customers like this.
