I've been using HelpSpace for almost 2 yrs now. Moved from HelpScout after 5 years. The UI is extremely user-friendly and gets the job done with less complicated options. Congrats to the developers for new branding and to be on Product Hunt. Also thanks to @stefanfdressler for quick support in the early days.
