I've been a helpkit customer for a few months now, and it's very rare to see such an amazing product layered with an amazing support team and founder. Wanted to give kudus to the team 🤙.
HelpKit is a fantastic product that's been thoughtfully designed to make it both straightforward to setup and intuitive for your users to access. Support from Dom is fast and helpful and his desire to continually improve HelpKit shines through. Well worth setting up a trial to see how well it can work for your website.
Dominik has built a brilliant product. I have seen him build and grow HelpKit over all this time and I have nothing but trust in the founder and product. HelpKit is the help center I will consider first, when I am fortunate enough to need a help center for my products.
