I’ve spent the last Decade as a community builder. I’ve sold my first startup in 2018. My prior ventures have been backed by legendary VCs like Founders Fund. I’ve built successful products in AI, crypto, and now - I am currently at the pinnacle of my career - as Creative Director for Rockstar Games. Despite all of this, I asked myself: Do I REALLY want to dedicate my career to getting more people more addicted to video games? I think I asked myself this because I’ve personally struggled with video game addiction and the last decade has been rough on me; but I think it’s bigger than that. I have friends and family who are no longer friends and family - because of social media, and politics. And I’m sure it’s the same for you; the last decade has been divisive and tough on all of us. Despite being more connected than ever, we're more divided, afraid, and lonely than ever. I believe the next decade is going to bring a cultural counter pendulum swing back to where we were and I want to dedicate the next decade of my life to being a part of that transformation.
