I used it in my meditation. Super helpful in getting my mind to settle before I start my meditation.
Headspace one of the best meditation apps I've tried so far, and I'm really enjoy how they grow and become more complex
The usability is awesome. And general UI makes me feel good
Absolutely love this app but a bit disappointed that sleep wind-downs are not refreshed, the same content's been there for a long time. Would also love the possibility to add a timer to nightcasts so that I can listen e.g. for 15 min only instead of 45.
Andy Puddicombe is great to listen to and meditate with. The starting series was helpful to get into meditation then I went into my own meditation practice with running.
Good app, pleasant meditations. I've tried many different ones, but somewhere I didn't like the voices or the music. This one appealed to me.
