Hello, Groupboss is what I would call a scam. Non-functional service, non-existent customer support, I wasted my time and money trying to set up what is sold as "very easy". Groupboss never worked. I contacted the service a dozen times. But their answer, when there is one, is always the same: it should work normally. Of course the software is not overpriced, but since it doesn't work, it's still money down the drain. As you can see, I really don't recommend this software or this company, which is disrespectful of its customers, or should I say, of its pigeons. Service non fonctionnel, support client inexistant, j’ai perdu mon temps et mon argent en essayant de paramétrer ce qui est vendu comme « très facile ». Groupboss n’a jamais fonctionné. J’ai contacté le service une dizaine de fois. Mais leur réponse, quand il y en a, est toujours la même : ça devrait fonctionner normalement. Certes le logiciel n’est pas d’un tarif excessif, mais vu qu’il ne fonctionne pas, c’est toujours de l’argent jeté par les fenêtres. Vous l’avez compris, je ne vous recommande vraiment pas ce logiciel ni cette société irrespectueuse de ses clients, ou devrais-je dire, de ses pigeons. Belle journée à vous
