Give My Certificate has truly simplified our administrative process when it comes to document issuance. We initially explored it for certificate generation, but soon realized the platform's flexibility allowed us to create and send out student ID cards, digital scorecards, and even semester-wise marksheets — all within the same dashboard. The ease of use is incredible — even non-technical team members were able to get started without lengthy training. The drag-and-drop editor, quick uploads, and ability to automate templates with custom fields make the process seamless. We use it almost every week during exams and onboarding drives. Also, the integration with our internal system was smooth thanks to their easy-to-use API. Customer support has always been responsive when we needed help tweaking our ID card templates.

What impressed us most about Give My Certificate is how flexible and scalable the system is. Our HR and operations teams now use it to issue offer letters, onboarding confirmations, and training certificates. The UI is clean, and setting up templates is simple. We regularly use it for large batches—especially when we onboard or offboard employees. Support has always been reliable.
