@sridhar_kondoji Essentially it depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for good Web , Ruby, Python, React, etc. engineers you get a list for each group. The group is extracted from people who have contributed to open source and whether they are the kinds of people you are looking for based on how much code they have contributed to open source. So it takes away the guess work on how good an engineer is because we are focused on specific projects that are used by many companies. So by focusing on those you know those people are good engineers if they have gotten their code into those projects in the first place.
