GitHub Repository Size: Browser extension to show file and repo size in GitHub

This still works well in Dec 2022 for public repositories; I haven't added a private token in order to test that functionality. N.B. The formatting is mismatched on the file size indicator though: it's rendered in black vs Github's grey.
