This thing is a total nightmare. You can't use the visa giftcards anywhere, no support, can't check the balance and it feels like the purposely make it difficult so they can profit. If you search the reddit forums you'll see tons of people with the same issues
My employer signed up with Giftagram and it was fun at first. But the vendors I liked most left, the service started to slip, and my company is still in a contract with this service.
