We at Shape have been using PlateJoy for the past two months. It's been a a great service for us to try interesting new low-carb dishes that we otherwise wouldn't have cooked. Definitely recommend it if you want to try something new.

I finally broke down and tried it after being targeted by their marketing. Love it. I feel different, my desire for sweets has practically disappeared, I have more energy, and I was able to stop taking many other supplements which makes this affordable. I hate the taste of the day time vitamin (lemon flavor) but the immune bites (lemon ginger) and the night time one are good. I have chronic insomnia. Nothing works but since I started to eat these, I’ve been able to have restful sleep. This may be the origin of having higher energy, but without that deep sleep, I’m not good. GEM has changed the way I feel. I’m not sure why they have so many bad reviews on this site. I haven’t had to cancel a subscription yet, so I can’t speak to the issues I’ve read here. They do have a sampler that should let you see if it would work for you. All nutrition is prescriptive. Try it ! It could work for you, but if it doesn’t, samplers will be a no harm way to try this system.
