Lastly they offer an escrow service, so say goodbye to the worries that I listed in the beginning because you can feel safe paying upfront knowing that the funds will only be released once you have signed off and confirmed that all work has been completed. I like the decentralization between communities so that each community can have their own culture and process while maintaining productivity and fluidity between communities. Way better over the traditional process of first meeting, culture fit screening, trial and going straight to finding commonalities and starting a new collaboration. You got my vouch
