The concept is the same used by firework, you can create an app in Safari or Chrome easily (for instamce in Chrome, click on Sttings, More tools > Create Shortcut > Open As Window) and then you just created a MacOS app in Applications. This app can be used on the desktop, on the dock or even in a folder. Why shoud I buy use or buy Firework ?.
