We are excited to announce Formtoo, a free, web-based product that requires no registration.
❓ In fact, we have developed numerous small conversational applications based on the ChatGPT, previously released by OpenAI. Each application solves a specific problem in the workplace, such as automatically generating weekly reports, sending emails, and creating product promotion articles. We discovered that workers outside the IT industry struggle to communicate with ChatGPT effectively, leading them to repeat questions or search for prompts online.
💡 We realized prompts could be simplified into a form-based product. Users only need to find the work scenario they want to solve, fill in the form according to the prompts, and the product is responsible for combining the information into a clear prompt. The user then asks ChatGPT to generate a perfect answer without needing to understand the entire prompt section.
📚 After studying official OpenAI documentation and conducting multiple experiments, we released Formtoo. This product will help more people, not just IT professionals, use AI tools to improve productivity.
Formtoo is still in its early stages and currently covers only a few scenarios. However, we plan to add more in the future, experiment with more prompts, and abstract them into simple forms. Stay tuned for future updates.
