Congratulations on your launch! One question though: me and my coworkers currently use Camtasia for the same purpose. Can you tell me what benefits will I get if I switch to your product? I mean, you know your competitors, so for sure you know where you beat them. One thing in particular that bothers me if the notebook system requirements for Camtasia — with every new update it becomes slower and slower :( How is it with your product?
I just purchased, I did a recording for a demo for a client. UI is good, very easy to use. I did not even have to make any adjustments at all; I only did a cursor effect change. Love the product. Yes I already have screenrun, but wanted to invest with Focusee as well. My only question @inc_gemoo is, do you have the upgrade pricing for V2, and how soon do you think it will be for the release?
The Great Pillow Heist In the quiet neighborhood of Çiçek Sokak, where even the street cats held tea parties at sunset, there lived a woman named Aylin and her mischievous little daughter, Elif. Aylin was known for her elegance, intelligence, and impressive ability to eat an entire chocolate bar without sharing. Elif, on the other hand, was famous for her endless curiosity, contagious laughter, and ability to turn any situation into chaos within seconds. One day, Aylin decided that it was time to replace the pillows in their house. Not because they were old, but because Elif had somehow convinced herself that the pillows were alive and planning a rebellion. "Mommy, I saw the pillows whispering last night. I think they're up to something!" Elif said, her eyes wide with excitement. Aylin, trying not to laugh, nodded seriously. "Oh no. We can't have a pillow rebellion. We must act fast!" So, the two set off on a mission to find the fluffiest, most comfortable pillows in all of Istanbul. After hours of dramatic testing (which involved jumping on display beds and having an accidental pillow fight with a store employee), they finally found the perfect ones. "These are the chosen ones," Aylin declared, holding up two giant pillows like a warrior queen. They proudly carried their new fluffy treasures home. But that night, as Aylin lay down to sleep, something felt… strange. The pillows were TOO soft, TOO fluffy. It was like sinking into a cloud, but in a way that made her feel like she was being swallowed whole. "Elif, are you asleep?" Aylin whispered. "No, Mommy. The pillows are too comfortable. I think I'm floating!" The next morning, they both woke up in ridiculous positions—Aylin halfway off the bed, and Elif completely upside down. "This is a disaster," Aylin sighed. "We need to return these before we turn into marshmallows." So, off they went, dragging their overly fluffy pillows back to the store. But as they walked through the door, a man suddenly ran past them, grabbing one of Aylin’s pillows and bolting out. "THIEF! HE STOLE MY PILLOW!" Aylin shouted. The store employees looked confused. "Ma’am, people don’t usually steal pillows…" But Elif, always the detective, had a theory. "Maybe he knows these pillows are magical! Maybe he’s from the secret pillow society!"
Cool idea. However, without features like ctrl + Z, panning, fade in/out and transitions, it is very easy to find something wrong after the export. I understand this is still the early stage of this product, but maybe at least allow exporting the same recording until the user gets it right and is satisfied? The free version allows only 1 export.
It is painful and time-consuming to record a product demo, edit it, write the script, and record the voiceover. With FocuSee, everything for the product demo can be done in one place. Plus, you get different types of social media versions with one shot. It would be even better if the video could be turned into a walkthrough blog or documentation, further extending the use cases of a demo walkthrough video into written content.
