I bought a livetime licence, but it is not possible to get into my account to use the software. The support is not getting back to my emails! Is this a fraud?
Support is taking too much time to respond or resolve, they told me they ll resolve an issue in teo hours and I am on their back and still zero response.
I could bot complaint about the tool but the team needs to more active and responsive.
