We’re a small team and work on lots of issues at once - constantly bouncing them back and forth between team members and stages like ‘for discussion’, ‘in progress’, ‘in testing’ etc. We were tired of trying to represent this flow in Github. Flat fits our workflow perfectly and the team have been incredible in incorporating many of our suggestions. Honestly, we’d be pretty lost without it!

For my current project, I use Flat to manage multiple Kanban boards, one for each team, and it seamlessly aggregates data for higher-level product tracking. The integration with GitHub is excellent, enhancing our workflow significantly. Flat is the simplest project management tool out there. It truly enables an entire team or entire org to have one source of truth with links to any other sources of information and a clear threaded set of comments. All the features you need and none of the cruft that you don’t. I am anxiously awaiting a mobile app though!
