@smikeyev Hi Serge, we currently don't have a free plan. We do have a 14-day free trial though. FeedbackLink enables businesses to gather feedback from their customers from day-to-day interactions. Feedback can be gathered from any channel imaginable: Online (from the business' website), via email/text invites, or via a QR code and simple link if it's from physical/offline locations. We have a "How it works" section and other explanations on our site that I think will help, feel free to check it out.

I @pietcreator, I really like your product's UI - simple + clean = ❤️ However, I'm curious - I'm a typeform user for a couple years, and enjoy the product. What's the major difference in Feedback Link (I use typeform for feedback loops)

Good question 😃 The major difference is that FeedbackLink has a special built-in logic that encourages customers that gave a positive rating to share and review directly on popular platforms like Google Reviews, Trustpilot, FB etc. Conversely, the filtering functionality also works for dealing with complaints directly with the customer. This stops complaints from getting lost in a comment in a post or Tweet somewhere online. Also, FeedbackLink is extremely simple to use and get set up with, because it is solely targeted towards businesses and entrepreneurs (Typeform has wide and complex use cases).
