@rubenwolff Thank you. The video I have shared is from a marketing perspective to just explain what Explorer's Place is all about.
On the website, once you click on the "Explore your personalized holiday destination" on the home page, you can answer a few questions regarding your travel preferences. Based on these responses, you will see a list of recommended locations. You can use the filters here to further refine the results.
Once you click on one of the recommended places, you can see useful information such as a short description, useful websites, photos, and blogs that help you decide if that is the right choice of location for your holiday.
You can further share this location, add the place to your wishlist or if you have already been to that place, you can add it to your travel passport.
We are Kishan and Iti. We are a couple and a team, who loves to both wander and travel, for distractions and fulfillment.
We moved to Canada in 2019, and as soon as we settled down we jumped on the travel wagon and started planning trips (You know like making sure we had a “ticket to anywhere”).
As travel lovers, who’ve got a gypsy soul, we wanted to explore this country and experience its culture from the soul within. We didn’t just want to see what everyone comes to see, we wanted to see and feel and immerse ourselves in an experience that would be unbeknownst to us.
And there was born our idea! To create a “Destination Discovery” platform for hodophiles like us, who would like to get a glimpse of what else is out there waiting for us to be discovered and explored.
We want to keep the aesthetics of lostness and the joy of discovery in your travel and yet provide you with just enough information to steer you in a direction that you may perhaps just want to take.
We understand travel comes in different forms and sizes and the reasons why people love to travel are varied and very personal. For us, every journey is worth celebrating, because every traveler is unique, and every trip is worth cherishing.
We currently have covered Ontario and British Columbia in Canada as we continue to add more locations
