You can tell they've worked hard on that. All in all: absolutely well worth your money, one less thing you will never have to struggle with or have doubts about. Your picture will be looked at for the attention you spent on your picture. You can have all the text you like in your resume, but the picture on top of it IS the resume of your CV, it reflects who you are, and what they see is A PROFESSIONAL.
