In the past I have shied away from making really complex commission plans, simply because they are too hard to administrate each period. The idea that I could write about what I want to accomplish and it would spit out the commission results is brilliant! The right commission structure is critical to create hunger in sales reps, and this looks like a powerful enabler.
The product is extremely intuitive. I like the simple modern design of the application. It allows me to customise commission rules for each group of salesmen which I think is pretty great.
There is one feature I think they can add which is sales commission calculator for sales staff.
