I built EBT Finder because the official tools for finding EBT/SNAP-accepting businesses are almost unusable, especially on mobile. They’re outdated, hard to navigate, and completely lack the trust signals people need, like reviews or images. EBT Finder is a reimagined experience: mobile-first, clean, and powered by Google Places visuals. Users can filter for hot food, grocery stores, or convenience shops, and leave honest reviews to help others. It's like Yelp, but purpose-built for food access. What I’m most proud of is turning a clunky USDA dataset into something that actually helps people, not just check a box. And it’s just the beginning.
