I don't know how Dragapp got such high reviews, but if they used to be good then they've completely gone downhill. Before I was a paying subscriber, their founder Duda was very quick to answer my questions. But once I actually became a paying subscriber of their annual subscription, all of a sudden Duda became unresponsive. They seem to lack a dedicated support team as well, as whenever I did get any kind of response, it was always from Duda and it's always with an aloof or begrudging attitude. Finally after two months of tinkering with their glitchy system and futile automations and nothing to show for it, I had enough of the non-sense and emailed Duda for a refund on my annual subscription--per usual, I got crickets. I even tried going to my account settings to cancel my subscription and, waddya know, you have to email them to cancel your subscription too! Great, let me just email them to beg them to cancel my subscription and have them ignore my emails again. How has this scam of a business not gotten into legal troubles yet?
helps with the quandry between using your gmail for your Todo's or an external tool
Thank you for this product. Really helps me to manage my inbox, tasks, it helps to keep track of daily things - what is done, has to be done.
Gave it a try when it was launched, gave up because of some bugs with google doc, then tried againa month ago and was amazed at all the improvements the team had done. Last week update made the app sooo much faster. It was the only downside for me comparing it to sortd. Now that the speed issue is corrected, I don't see any reason why I would go back. Plus, I like the closer integration with gmail. Looking at the roadmap and the last achievement, I'm confident that the product will fit my needs (trello and calendar integration) even better in few month.
I've been searching for a task management app to integrate with gmail. Was content with Sortd and just began testing Drag. While Sortd seems to be ahead of Drag with some features, Drag looks simpler and it keeps you within gmail. I'm looking forward for improvements such as support of alphabets other than Roman and integration with google apps such as Calendar and Keep
I would not put the first column as 'TODO', I would rather use it as an inbox, because not all emails are tasks.
Have really been enjoying Drag so far. Absolutely love task management systems and this allows me to align everything in my inbox. I still use Asana, but have transitioned to using it for bigger overall strategy planning - while day-to-day tasks get managed through Drag. Keeps my inbox and my Asana much cleaner.
