I started using it and got the gist in a few minutes. It's incredible that I can leverage my network in a new way and actually help both my friends and cool companies out there.

I have used Draftboard both as a scout and as a company looking to hire. As a scout, it has been a great way for me to help people in my network get connected with opportunities that are a great fit for them and as a hiring company it has helped me expand my candidate pool.
