Useless. I tried the DocLegal.ai after they keep spam and asked people to upvote them in many whatsapp and telegram groups frequently. The AI generated legal document from DocLegal.ai is not reliable, many grammatically mistakes, legal loopholes and bugs. You have to pay for a lawyer to review and fix the generated document.
Despite I have never showed interest in their product, I received multiple unsolicited cold emails from them. This constant cold emails spamming feels disruptive and unprofessional. More concerning is how they obtained my email address in the first place. As someone working in the legal field, it is questionable whether their marketing methods of collecting contact information and sending marketing materials comply with privacy laws and best practices. Companies operating in the legal space should hold themselves to the highest standards of legality and ethics, and this experience has left me questioning their credibility.
