But you don't need to take my word for it. You can literally sign up for Directus Cloud and test it out in less than 5 minutes, without any payment information at all. Maybe it's not for you, that's okay. What's great is they give you the tools to quickly figure that out for yourself. So why not give it a shot?

I developed couple CRM for different types of business as my practice. However now I am working on a heavy complex logic on nocobase hopefully it will work as I intended to be. It worked for me with no coding or programming knowledge. Just watched few tutorial and nocobase wiki.

I have been testing your tool and I love it. I'm only missing 4 points to make it definitely breakthrough. *Ability to send webhook to talk to other tools. It would help to enable additional options. I can think of Webhook for pabbly or Zapier that would send a transcript to the user's email. *Ability to choose different data depending on the type of question. This would help to work more optimally with the data. Example. The form could select whether the query is for dogs or cats. if it is for dogs, support the GPT answer with the dog database and if it is for cats, feed the contextualised answers with the dog database. * Better documentation. Some of them are not well explained, it is not documented how to indicate the data in text format, it generates errors. *Allow you to connect to database, Notion or Google Sheet, would allow greater dynamism and greater ease to manage frequently asked questions, business information. Without a doubt, I think it is a great tool.

I've been working as a dev for some time now. Although new to the whole developer first security approach, this CLI tool has been pretty easy and accurate to use, plus doesn't hurt that it's free. Hope that the team can build more integrations!
