Wow, this is outstanding. Customer Service has always been a function that we were struggling to automate with every tool in particular, but we never had a system to orchestrate Customer Service at this level. It looks very promising for both our own in-house e-commerce, but also for e-commerce clients we have in the agency. Will definitely try it out in the upcoming days. Thank you for this launch!
