It is a tool that helps me organize my bills/receipts in an organized manner. It's really a forward-and-forget step. Just forward your bill and forget about them and it sorted nicely for you. It's definitely like a personal bookkeeper for your business. Now I could easily share it with my accountant during the tax season.

1 thing: I hate paperwork. Bills and invoices are a pain in the neck. They fill up my email inbox and its pretty frustrating. That’s why I appreciate decodebills. It’s a handy app that shows me the important details. It also helps me keep track of them and store them in the cloud. Decodebills has helped me manage my bills and invoices more efficiently. It’s a good app that I recommend to anyone who hates paperwork as much as I do.

I don’t really need to decode bills or invoices. But I can see how decodebills could be useful for other people who have to deal with complex documents and payments. It seems like a smart and convenient app that can save you time and money. It’s just not for me. BTW, congrats on the product launch @daniel_chua1 !!!

Decodebills is the best thing that ever happened to me. Seriously. I’m a travel blogger and I get tons of invoices from different travel agencies, airlines, hotels, etc. every month. It was such a pain to deal with them all. I had to download them, rename them, upload them to my cloud storage, and enter the data into my spreadsheet. Ugh. 😩 But not anymore, thanks to decodebills. This app is a game-changer. It does everything for me. All I have to do is forward my invoice emails to my decodebills email address and it magically does the rest. It: - Scans the PDF attachments and uploads them to my Google Drive - Extracts important informations (like the date, file link. Which both are very important to me) into a Google Sheet - Highlights any values that might be inaccurate so I can check them - Works with different invoice formats and languages I’m so happy with how much time and hassle it saves me. It also helps me keep track of my income and expenses using the Google Sheet data. Decodebills is an awesome app for anyone who needs to manage their invoices effortlessly. It’s like having a fairy godmother that takes care of all your paperwork. 🧚‍♀️ I highly recommend it!

I’m a teacher and I often buy books and materials for my classes. I need to keep track of all the invoices I get from different online stores and publishers. Decodebills is a very useful service for me. It allows me to forward my invoice emails to my decodebills address and it automatically scans them using AI and other processing (I don't really know), stores them in my Google Drive, and extracts the data into a Google Sheet. It’s very convenient and saves me a lot of time. It helps me keep track of my spending and budget using the Google Sheet data much much more easier. I like it a lot. I just think there are some things that could make decodebills even more better. For example, sometimes the service misses some invoices or extracts the wrong data. I know I can edit the data in the Google Sheet, but it would be nice if there is a way to report or correct the errors from the service itself so it wouldn't miss the data again in the next run and learn, just like how a machine learning should do. Or correct me if it actually learns every time it make a mistake. Also, it would be great if the service could integrate with other cloud storage services like Dropbox or OneDrive, not just Google Drive. Or maybe it could have its own web interface where I can view and manage my invoices online. These are some suggestions that I think would make the service even better. Overall, this toll is very helpful
