They have a really slow system. They can't track user data (especially of their customer vs freemium user). They keep sending us spam emails even after we had cancelled our account
The tool was fine. But the customer support is simply horrible. The software they have is outdated and full of errors. They can't even track if you logged in to the system or not. They cannot even generate invoices within the system and when you pay them in full to cancel the account. They will keep sending you spam emails. We had to report them through our email service provider.
A very good tool for uncovering unknown visitors on your website. SDRs will appreciate these types of tools. Good price compared to the competition. Good integration with Hubspot. The only thing I have to say is that the integration with Hubspot sends everything to a note. Impossible to make automation in Hubspot with notes. More properties are needed.
We have used Leadfeeder at eeedo for almost a year now and it is definitely worth the money. Their customer success is also top-notch.
I have tried several other tools, this one is the best so far.
