Some of the worst support on the internet. Takes hours to get a reply despite "We reply immediately" advertised. I've had this since day 1 and very rarely does it work and when it doesn't it takes hours to get a reply sometimes you don't even get one and on top of it the issue never gets resolved. Currently using but my marketing is at a halt because the product doesn't work. Look forward to better solutions coming to the market.
This is the worst support I ever experienced in my life, and it is not short. Sending emails, many many times, no answer! Asking for help, since the form does not work! Asking for an invoice from the purchase, NO answer! Never had such terrible support! I would NOT recommend them!
I bought FramerForms last eek, and have been trying to get in contact with support, because I am running into an issue. Tried through the website as well as on Twitter and on FramerCommunity. Not what I expected unfortunately.
Like many others said I have a problem with support. There is a problem with redirect on submit. If I redirect to other page on form submit my zapier webhook is fired twice which is pointless :)
