Have been having issues connecting my Etsy shop all day. Poor online chat, it said under 36 minutes to reply - ok no problem 50 minutes later still nothing and my message was read 5 minutes after I sent it. No status update or anything. Tried on 3 different browsers and cleared my cookies and no ad blockers and I didn't get a "hey, how ya doing?" Or an "ok, sorry to hear about that, there's x amount of people in front of you hang time for x amount of minutes I wouldn't be on here telling you all to just go and spend the extra money and go to either alura or frigging just do erank. This is ridiculous. I sent them an email an hour ago, I'll edit this if they even get back to me in a timely manner with a status update just SOMETHING. Instead of ignoring me. I'd put yes I'm a current user, I mean I am paying for the subscription but I kind of can't use the FEATURES!
